ABOUT OUR OFFER
A temporary position of up to 12 months after successful completion of training with the prospect of continued employment.
Comprehensive training lasting approximately 8 to 12 weeks (including training allowance) covering topics such as safety and emergency training, product and service training, first aid, and guest services.
Discounted tickets for the entire TUI fly route network
Attractive worldwide travel and holiday discounts as well as other benefits for employees of the TUI Group (e.g. Urban Sports Club, JobRad etc.)
Uniform provided free of charge, as well as parking at the airport.

As a flight attendant (m/f/d), your “sales through service” mentality ensures exceptional customer experiences and gets our guests to their destination with a smile. As a “maker of happy,” our guests’ satisfaction is at the heart of everything you do.
The safety of our guests is your top priority, which you demonstrate by responsibly implementing our safety, first aid, and service procedures and consistently adhering to all regulations. At the same time, you are open to further development and willing to exceed your own expectations.

ABOUT OUR REQUIREMENTS
You will be at least 18 years old on January 31, 2027.
With your arm fully extended, you can reach a minimum total height of 1.89 m (barefoot, standing with flat feet on the ground).
You can perform all required tasks, including fully fastening your shoulder strap in a flight attendant seat.
You can swim at least 25 meters.
You are prepared to undergo the required aptitude tests and occupational or aviation medical examinations (e.g. the G35 examination to determine your medical fitness for flight operations) before and during the employment relationship.
You have good German and English skills corresponding to CEFR B2.
You are able to work in shifts as part of a 24/7 flight program and be at your base in uniform within 60 minutes.
You possess a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the start of the course and that allows unrestricted travel to/from Germany to all TUI fly destinations without additional authorization.
Successful applicants must undergo a security clearance (ZÜP).
