Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) proudly unveiled the stunning new uniform for female cabin crew, combining the essence of our national identity and commitment to sustainable development. Get ready to witness this stylish transformation starting from 1st January 2024!
At the “FROM PURPLE TO PURPOSE” Press Conference today, esteemed personalities including Mr. Piyasvasti Amranand, THAI Chairman of the Plan Administrators, Mr. Chansin Treenuchagron, THAI Plan Administrator, and Mr. Chai Eamsiri, THAI Chief Executive Officer, along with THAI senior management, graced the event with their presence.
Over the past two decades, THAI has been dedicated to minimizing environmental impact, focusing on reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Through our “Zero Waste Living” approach, we are proud to introduce projects like FROM PLANES TO PLANET, FROM WASTE TO WEALTH, and FROM PURPLE TO PURPOSE, striving towards a net zero emission goal by 2050.
Our iconic Thai Ruean Ton uniform, symbolizing grace for over six decades, now boasts a sustainable twist with a blend of recycled materials and Thai silk. Not only does the new uniform enhance aesthetics, but it also ensures practicality, easy maintenance, and adherence to safety standards.
