Cabin Crew Recruitment Announcement
Thai Airways invites you to join our team of world-class cabin crew — a team recognized globally for service excellence, representing Thailand to travelers around the world.
Qualifications
Nationality: Thai
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (those awaiting graduation can apply but must present proof of graduation before the start of training).
Age: Not over 30 years old as of November 1, 2025.
Marital Status: Single, without children.
Height and BMI:
Female: Minimum height 160 cm, BMI not over 21
Male: Minimum height 165 cm, BMI not over 24.5
Must be able to swim at least 25 meters continuously (without floatation aid).
No tattoos, visible scars, or piercings when wearing the uniform.
Must have good health and vision (normal color perception).
No criminal record.
Must not have been previously employed as a Thai Airways cabin crew member who failed training or was dismissed.
Must meet English proficiency requirements through one of the following:
THAI-TEP (Thai Test of English Proficiency): minimum score 59
TOEIC: minimum 600 (Personal test only)
IELTS: minimum 5.5
TOEFL:
Paper-based: minimum 510
Computer-based: minimum 180
Internet-based: minimum 64
Scores must be obtained within the past 2 years from the application date.
Additional language proficiency (within the last 2 years) is advantageous:
Japanese: JLPT ≥ N1
Chinese: HSK ≥ 4
Korean: TOPIK ≥ 3
German: GOETHE ≥ B1
French: DELF ≥ B1 or DALF ≥ C1
Training Program
Successful applicants will undergo 55 days of basic training in:
In-flight service operations
Safety & security procedures
Thai and international etiquette & culture
Supplementary courses include:
Cooking terms and meal service
First aid
Emergency and safety procedures
Language and communication skills (Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, etc.)
Compensation
During training, trainees will receive an allowance as determined by the company.
Upon completion and commencement of duty, the company offers a 3-year employment contract, renewable subject to performance, including welfare and benefits per company policy.
