Responsibilities

You are the face of our hospitality and take responsibility on board. In this varied role, you represent SWISS around the world.

Safety is your highest priority. You consistently and responsibly apply our high safety standards in accordance with international regulations.
You ensure a smooth start to every flight through careful and independent pre-flight preparation.
With your service-oriented approach, you create an outstanding guest experience and contribute to delivering a consistent SWISS experience.
Following comprehensive training, you provide first aid and remain calm and professional, even in challenging situations.
You maintain a professional appearance and attitude, even with irregular working hours and unexpectedly extended duty periods.
You actively contribute to changing cabin crews, take responsibility, and strengthen the team with your personality and professional expertise.

Requirements

To work as a Cabin Crew Member, you should meet the following criteria:
Swiss or EU/EFTA passport
Minimum age: 18 years at the time of application (no upper age limit)
Minimum height: 155 cm
Ability to travel to Zurich Airport within 75 minutes
Good swimming skills
Willingness to receive vaccinations approved in Switzerland (including COVID-19, Yellow Fever, etc.)
Excellent German and English language skills; additional languages are an advantage
Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ) or higher education qualification (e.g. Matura/high school diploma)
Service-oriented, reliable, conscientious, and a strong team player
Self-reflective with a willingness to learn and develop
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work irregular hours
Well-groomed appearance; tattoos are generally permitted except on the face and ears
If subject to military service: completion of basic military training
