Job Description
This position is open for applications until February 22, 2026. The application period may be shortened or extended depending on recruitment needs.
Position Overview
Perform cabin safety procedures to ensure aircraft and passenger safety, and provide high-quality customer service.
Cabin crew members are classified as special workers under Article 84-1 of the Labor Standards Act. Working hours must be flexibly adjusted according to flight schedules. Days off, rest days, and national holidays may be rescheduled. Applicants must agree to and sign the relevant agreement.
Work Location
Flight bases: Taoyuan International Airport and Taipei Songshan Airport.
Training location: Dayuan District, Taoyuan City (STARLUX Airlines Operations Center).
Application Qualifications / Requirements
Eligibility
Must hold Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality.
Must have graduated from a domestic or overseas junior college/university or higher, recognized by the Ministry of Education.
Must possess one of the following valid English proficiency test scores:
TOEIC: 600 or above
BULATS: 45 or above
TOEFL iBT: 64 or above
TOEFL ITP: 480 or above
IELTS: 4.5 or above
Linguaskill: 145 or above
Note: The above English tests refer to general listening and reading tests only. There is no expiration requirement, though applicants are encouraged to submit the most recent score. If the English test score cannot be obtained before application, applicants must present the original valid English test certificate on the on-site assessment day; otherwise, they will be deemed to have waived their assessment eligibility.
Must be able to reach a height of 210 cm with both hands raised (required for cabin safety duties).
Unaided vision of at least 0.1; corrected vision (with contact lenses) of at least 1.0 in both eyes.

A self-introduction in Chinese and English, 30 seconds each, strictly adhering to the time limit.
Close-up framing from head to chest, facing the camera; pay attention to lighting and video quality.
Upload the video to YouTube and provide the link in the attachment section.
Set the video to “Unlisted” (do not set it as “Private”).
Video title format: Chinese name + last four digits of national ID number (e.g., 王小明6789).
Assessment Notification
Applicants whose résumés pass the review will receive an assessment notification.
Assessment date: As notified by the company.
Interview location: No. 1, Hangxiang Road, Dayuan District, Taoyuan City (STARLUX Airlines Operations Center).
Reporting period: Starting from Q2 2026.
Required Documents for On-site Assessment
Original Republic of China National ID Card.
Original highest education diploma (foreign diplomas must have completed accreditation).
Original English proficiency test certificate (no expiration, latest score recommended).
Original “Personal Data and Portrait Rights Consent Form”, personally signed (electronic file will be provided with the interview notice).
Except for the “Personal Data and Portrait Rights Consent Form,” all original documents will be returned after verification. All documents must be presented in full at check-in; missing documents will result in disqualification.

On-site Assessment
Qualified applicants will receive an invitation.
Applicants must bring all required documents.
In addition to interviews and written tests, an explanation of Article 84-1 of the Labor Standards Act will be provided.
Self-paid Medical Examination
Applicants who receive a medical examination notice must complete designated tests at an assigned hospital at their own expense.
Reporting Notice
Based on overall assessment results and document completeness, qualified applicants will be notified to report in batches.
A pre-employment briefing session will be held prior to reporting.

This position is hired as a no-experience cabin crew role; previous flight attendant experience will not be recognized.

During training and duty, STARLUX cabin crew use iOS-based applications to receive and transmit work-related information. Trainees must bring a compatible smart device and mobile internet access upon reporting.
Successful candidates must sign a Training and Employment Contract and an Article 84-1 Labor Standards Act agreement, and must serve the company for at least three years starting from the day after training completion.
If training performance does not meet company standards or probation is not passed, training and employment will be terminated.
The company has never cooperated with cram schools or agencies for recruitment, and will never request personal data or fees via messaging apps (e.g., LINE, Facebook, WeChat) or unofficial channels. Please remain vigilant.
