The Cabin Crew Member ensures the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers throughout the flight. They provide exceptional customer service, conduct safety procedures, and respond effectively to any in-flight needs or emergencies. They act as the link between the airline and its passengers, maintaining professionalism while creating a safe and pleasant travel experience.

Responsibilities:

Ensure passenger comfort throughout their journey.
Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm and friendly attitude.
Perform in-flight duties, including meal service and responding to passenger inquiries.
Assist in boarding, disembarkation, and support smooth flight operations.
Uphold passenger safety by following company safety procedures and emergency drills.
Administer First Aid when necessary.
Represent the airline as a brand ambassador, providing a first-class experience from take-off to landing.
Competences:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for customer service and teamwork.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies professionally.
High level of integrity.
Ability to manage challenging guest interactions in demanding situations.

Requirements:

High School Diploma.
Normal vision (contact lenses accepted).
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Willingness to be based at any of the company’s bases.
Military obligations fulfilled (where applicable).
Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written). Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.
Proficient in IT (MS Office).
