One week after the fatal turbulence incident with Singapore Airlines 52 passengers is still in hospital in Bangkok
Update 11 from Singapore Airlines
As of 1630hrs (Singapore Time) on 27 May 2024, Singapore Airlines (SIA) can confirm that 52 passengers who were on board SQ321 are still in Bangkok. This includes 34 passengers receiving medical treatment in the hospital.
We can confirm that all crew members who were on board SQ321 have returned to Singapore.
Singapore Airlines has been in contact with the passengers and crew members who were on board SQ321. Where requested, we have facilitated travel to Bangkok for their families and loved ones.
The well-being of our passengers and staff is our utmost priority.
SIA is fully cooperating with the relevant authorities in the investigation into this incident.
