Your Responsibilities

Taking care of our guests
Implementing onboard safety regulations
Serving drinks and meals onboard
Working as part of a team together with the cockpit crew
Preparing and cleaning up the aircraft cabin before and after flights
Organizing work processes
Your Profile
You hold a valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA)
Charming, friendly, outgoing, service-oriented, and discreet
Well-groomed appearance and impeccable manners
Good language skills in German and English; additional foreign languages are an advantage
You are at least 18 years old and possess an EU passport as well as a valid EU work permit
During on-call duty, you can reach Stuttgart within one hour
Category B driver’s license

Private Wings Flugcharter GmbH was founded in 1991 as a provider of air ambulance flights and has since developed into a reliable partner for customized flight solutions as a licensed airline headquartered in Berlin Schönefeld.
Today, we safely and efficiently transport customers from industry, sports, and events to production sites, competitions, and event locations.
For clients with more extensive requirements, we offer tailor-made ACMI (Wet Lease) solutions.
Our fleet of Dornier 328-100 aircraft accommodates up to 32 passengers each. The company-owned and licensed maintenance facility at Ingolstadt-Manching ensures optimal technical support and maintains the high safety standards of our flight operations.

Professional field: Flight attendant / Cabin crew
Working hours: Full-time or part-time
Salary: €2,445.55 gross per month (full-time incl. 72 block hours & a flight allowance)
Start date: Courses are expected to start from March 2027.

Tasks
Your smile takes flight with us. As a Cabin Crew Member, you and your crew ensure our guests feel welcome and start their vacation relaxed. A holiday atmosphere arises naturally on board – through small talk and tips that make the journey even more enjoyable.
Your day starts with a briefing: You'll receive all the information about the flight, crew, and preparation – so you can have a perfect and safe start.
Before takeoff, you conduct security checks and prepare the cabin for our guests.
During boarding, you bring ease to the journey: You welcome passengers, provide orientation, and help where needed.
In the air, you and your crew create attentive service and genuine moments of well-being.
You present onboard shop items in a charming way and make the onboard experience even more special.
As a Eurowings ambassador, you embody our values with team spirit, warmth and enthusiasm.
When things get turbulent, you stay calm, find solutions, and provide security.
Your application process at Eurowings
Application: We will review your documents based on our requirements.
AI Interview: In the AI-supported video interview, you answer questions about yourself and your motivation in German and English.
Selection day: On site we will get to know each other personally and gather further impressions of one another.
Requirements
You identify with our brand, approach people openly and friendly, and have at least a secondary school leaving certificate – alternatively, a lower secondary school leaving certificate with experience in the service sector. You also bring the following:
You are at least 18 years old and at least 1.60 m tall.
You possess excellent written and spoken German and English skills (at least at level B2).
Your passport is valid without restrictions and for at least another 18 months.
Your health is good and you are fully fit to fly.
Your visual acuity is a maximum of ± 5 diopters.
You are a confident swimmer and can therefore swim at least 100 meters briskly without interruption.
When on call, you can reach your station location within 60 minutes.
Reliable internet access is available.
You are ready to get vaccinated according to the WHO recommendations.
A strong service orientation is one of your strengths.
You have a confident demeanor and a well-groomed appearance.
