Minimum HSC or Equivalent, with minimum GPA 3.00/5.00 in SSC & HSC or Equivalent. No Third division or the equivalent result will be accepted in any examination. For Diploma Degree Min CGPA of 2.80/4.00 is required. For ‘O’ Level- Max 05 subjects with average grade ‘D’ and A Level-Max 02 subjects with average Grade ‘D’. GED is not acceptable. Candidates with a Graduation Degree are preferred. Height 168 cm/5 feet 6 inches (minimum) for male. 161 cm/5 feet 3 inches (minimum) for female. Arm reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes. Weight Should be proportionate to Height For Male (BMI: 18-25). For Female preferably (Female:18-22), but in case of exceptional candidates even BMI up to 25 is acceptable. Age Fresher- 18 to 27 years (as on the day of application deadline). Experienced Candidate-Max 35 years (Only experience as a Cabin crew will be considered). No affidavit will be accepted. Eyesight Applicants must have a visual acuity of 6/6 without spectacles. Vision correction up to 6/6 is acceptable. Candidates with color blindness will not be considered. Swimming Candidate having swimming skill will be given preference. Finally selected candidates must learn swimming in initial training period. Language Skill Fluent in both Bengali & English (both written & spoken); Other language competencies will be an added advantage. Medical Fitness Good physical health and medically fit to meet Cabin Crew requirements Physical Appearance Strong, upright; no visible tattoos or marks on the body. AI Interview: In the AI-supported video interview, you answer questions about yourself and your motivation in German and English.
Selection day: On site we will get to know each other personally and gather further impressions of one another.
Requirements
You identify with our brand, approach people openly and friendly, and have at least a secondary school leaving certificate – alternatively, a lower secondary school leaving certificate with experience in the service sector. You also bring the following:
You are at least 18 years old and at least 1.60 m tall.
You possess excellent written and spoken German and English skills (at least at level B2).
Your passport is valid without restrictions and for at least another 18 months.
Your health is good and you are fully fit to fly.
Your visual acuity is a maximum of ± 5 diopters.
You are a confident swimmer and can therefore swim at least 100 meters briskly without interruption.
When on call, you can reach your station location within 60 minutes.
Reliable internet access is available.
You are ready to get vaccinated according to the WHO recommendations.
A strong service orientation is one of your strengths.
You have a confident demeanor and a well-groomed appearance.
