Tasks
You are a passionate host and, with your open and warm manner, you offer our guests excellent service on every flight.
You patiently explain all onboard procedures to our guests to ensure safe and smooth flight operations.
You have a caring mindset and ensure that our guests feel comfortable at all times.
You accompany our guests during the most wonderful time of the year, enjoy small talk, and give them tips and recommendations for their trip.
You consider onboard sales an integral part of your service mentality.
You value continuous and personal development.
Requirements

Minimum age: 18 years
Completed secondary education (or comparable or higher qualification)
Professional experience in the hotel/hospitality industry is an advantage.
Fluent German and English language skills (spoken and written), additional language skills are an advantage
Ability to swim safely
Passport valid without restrictions
Ability to reach the station location within 90 minutes when on call
Strong service orientation
Confident and well-groomed appearance
Excellent teamwork and social skills
Internet access
Willingness to get vaccinated against yellow fever

Valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) in accordance with EASA regulations (Part CC)
