Being a Cabin Crew Member requires a passion for service and teamwork. Each flight is staffed by a team of four Cabin Crew Members who ensure a comfortable and safe experience on all our flights throughout the region.

This profession requires dynamism, energy, and physical capacity in order to quickly respond to any needs that arise during the flight.

Requirements:

Must be of legal age

Passion for customer service

Advanced conversational English

Professional appearance

Good health condition

Willingness to travel outside the country and work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays

Selection Process:

Copa Airlines conducts a selection process with the purpose of thoroughly identifying and getting to know each candidate—their knowledge, skills, service orientation, and attitude—in order to determine whether the candidate meets the Cabin Crew profile.

Our process includes the following stages:

Interviews

English assessment

Medical evaluation

Successful completion of the Cabin Crew training program, which lasts 45 days
