Safety: You are responsible for complying with and ensuring safety regulations on board.
Service at the highest level: You are very familiar with our first-class product and can read your guests’ wishes from their eyes.
Sales talent: You are confident in handling our product range and charmingly support our guests when shopping above the clouds.
Contact person: If our passengers have any questions or concerns, you will be available to help in a professional and helpful manner, always with the aim of finding the best solution.
Team player: You work hand in hand with your colleagues, enjoy changing crews and work together to ensure that everything on board runs smoothly.
Your profile with passion for aviation:
You find it easy to approach people and start a conversation with them
You enjoy providing service and create an atmosphere in which others feel comfortable
You count teamwork and resilience among your strengths
You appear confident and have a well-groomed appearance
You are at least 18 years old and 160 cm tall
You have good German and English skills, additional language skills (e.g. Mandarin) are a welcome addition
You have completed school education
You have unrestricted travel ability
You can swim
You can reach the airport of your station location within 90 minutes at any time
