Your future tasks:

Warm service : Our guests are your top priority. With dedication and enthusiasm, you make every flight an unforgettable experience.
Safety: You are responsible for complying with and ensuring safety regulations on board.
Service at the highest level: You are intimately familiar with our first-class product and can anticipate your guests’ wishes.
Sales talent: You are confident in handling our product range and charmingly assist our guests while shopping above the clouds.
Contact Person: You will be available to assist our passengers with questions and concerns in a professional and helpful manner, always with the goal of finding the best solution. On our new routes within Asia, you will be the central contact person for our Mandarin-speaking guests on board and also support smooth communication with our local service partners on the ground.
Team player: You work hand in hand with your colleagues, enjoy changing crews, and work together to ensure that everything on board runs smoothly.

Your profile with passion for aviation:

You find it easy to approach people and start a conversation with them
You enjoy service and create an atmosphere in which others feel comfortable
You consider teamwork and resilience to be among your strengths
You have a confident demeanor and a well-groomed appearance
You are at least 18 years old and 160 cm tall
You have very good German, English and Mandarin skills (fluent, minimum B2 level)
You have completed school education
You have unrestricted travel capacity
You can swim
You can reach the airport of your station location at any time within 90 minutes
