Air Tanzania is hiring Cabin Crew

1. Must be a holder of Form IV Certificate with Four Credit passes of which ONE of them should be English. 
2. Must hold Ab-Initio Certificate from Recognized Aviation Institution or equivalent qualification plus Cabin Crew member certificate issued by Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority (TCAA). 
3. Must be Fluent in both written and spoken Swahili, English and French. Arm reach of 212cm while standing, acceptable Level of BMI. The candidate must fulfil Cabin Crew Member Manual requirements when applicable.

1. Maintain safety, security, comfort and welfare of the passengers, and fellow crew members in the cabin operations; 
2. Ensure adhere to all policies and regulations to ensure timely completion of all duties as assigned by respective Purser/Senior crew; 
3. Ensure that customers receive the best possible service as per ATCL in cabin service procedure and standards; 
4. Support delivery of world class passenger service and assist in achieving on-time performance; 
5. Provide liaison assistance between passengers and the flight crew; 
6. Maintain proper utilization and handover of in-flight catering items, materials and good care of in-flight equipment;
7. To ensure that cabin operations are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and standards of the organization; 
8. Report all flight incidences to the Purser/Senior Cabin Crew Member; 
9. Accept and carry out changes to planned roster/ duty as required; 
10. Co-operate with the Purser/Senior to ensure passenger complaints are promptly addressed 
11. To oversee safety, service and scheduling procedures; and 
12. Collect feedback regarding the service, timing and report with recommendations to the Purser/Senior Cabin Crew Member

Specified contract with attractive remuneration and fringe benefits as per ATCL Salary Structure and Incentive Scheme.
