Air Greenland is now completing its new uniform with the introduction of smart looking summer and winter jackets
The jackets have been created in close collaboration with Meqqusaalik.
Meqqusaalik specialises in the harsh and sometimes extreme Arctic climate. They also use our ancestors’ techniques to design clothing, ensuring that the jackets can withstand even the most challenging weather conditions. With their unique knowledge and deep roots in Greenlandic clothing traditions, they have helped to create our jackets. As part of our uniform, the jackets are not only functional but also durable and beautiful – jackets that we will wear with pride.
This is more than just a jacket, it is a symbol of collaboration, local expertise and respect for the powers of nature. We would like to thank Meqqusaalik for our collaboration and for the great result.
