Air Baltic is hiring Junior Cabin Crew

Crew base: Riga & Tallinn

Salary: From 1050 EUR gross as a Cabin Crew Trainee up to 1650 EUR gross as a Cabin Crew Level 3 (excluding bonuses; see chart below for details)

Work model: Onsite

Hours: Full time in shifts

We will entrust you to

Execute duties related to the safety of the aircraft and passengers

Maintain excellent customer service and assistance on-board the aircraft

Assist passengers who require special attention

Engage in proactive sales on-board, including product presentation and payment handling

Keep the aircraft clean and tidy during the flight

Maintain the highest ethical standards consistently while performing all duties

What you will need to succeed
High school diploma (we’ll teach you the rest) and at least 18 years old

Fluency in English language (B2 level or higher)

Valid EU passport without restrictions to travel

Customer-oriented approach

Friendly, positive, and adventurous personality

To perform duties as Cabin Crew
Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes

Be physically fit and able to swim
