Air Niugini is expanding its domestic and international operations and is seeking experienced Direct Entry Cabin Crew members to join our team for an immediate start across all fleet types.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced aviation professionals who are committed to safety excellence, customer service, and representing Papua New Guinea’s national airline with pride.

Experience and Qualifications

Grade 12 qualification with Credit passes in English and Mathematics.
Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Aviation, or a related discipline is desirable.
Currently employed as a Cabin Crew member, preferably at Senior Cabin Crew level, with a minimum of three (3) years of flying experience.
Consideration may also be given to applicants who have held a similar Cabin Crew position within the previous six (6) months.
Able to swim 50 metres unaided.
Able to remain afloat for a minimum of two (2) minutes without a flotation device.

Applicants Must:

Be between 21 and 35 years of age.
Be medically fit and capable of meeting Air Niugini and CASA medical, safety, and grooming standards.
Meet all required height and reach standards for cabin safety duties.
Hold a Police Clearance Certificate issued within the last six (6) months.
Hold a valid passport with at least twelve (12) months validity remaining.
Have no visible tattoos while wearing the Air Niugini uniform.
Maintain professional presentation and grooming standards at all times.
