Jetex is hiring VIP Hostess

Job Purpose

The VIP Hostess is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to all passengers arriving at the Jetex terminal. As the first point of contact, the VIP Hostess plays a key role in creating a positive first impression, ensuring a seamless transition from vehicle to terminal while upholding Jetex’s standards of luxury, hospitality, and service excellence

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to all guests with a professional, courteous, and welcoming attitude.
Meet and greet VIP passengers upon arrival at the terminal.
Assist passengers with entering and exiting vehicles by opening vehicle doors and offering support as required.
Provide assistance with light luggage handling when necessary.
Maintain a polished, well-groomed, and professional appearance at all times in line with Jetex standards.
Ensure the terminal entrance and reception areas remain clean, presentable, and welcoming.
Anticipate guest needs and proactively assist in enhancing the overall passenger experience.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager.

Compliance-related duties

Adhere to all documented policies, procedures, and operational standards relevant to the role and maintain any required records.
Exercise a duty of care by understanding and complying with all health, safety, security, and compliance requirements of the organization.
Follow all company policies and procedures while carrying out daily responsibilities.

Requirements

Education High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, luxury customer service, aviation, or a guest-facing role.
Specific/Technical Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences. Professional, confident, and presentable demeanor. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations or when handling passenger concerns. Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
Multilingual abilities are considered an advantage.
