ROMA BEACH HOUSE
The villa is only five minutes walking from the beach and half an hour drive from Rome city center and it is owned by Fabio, cabin crew at Alitalia<It’s a two level house of 90 sqmts with a grass garden of 40 sqmts. Private parking.Two bathrooms, two bedrooms with a king size bed and a bunk bed.Large living room and a bright kitchen.The house we rent is the same we live during the winter so it is equipped with all the domestic appliances, air conditioning, wi fi, cutlery, linen and some beach and garden facilities.
Beach nearby is either free or private and the beautiful marina village sailing club will offer you any beach service you might need.The best way to move around would be by car but a bus service will take you in 10/15 minutes to Ostia Lido where you can take the metro to Rome.Theme parks of cinecittà world and zoo marine are just few km away from ours.
