Let’s take a look at seven places in Canada everyone should visit.
Banff
Banff, nestled in the foothills of the Canadian Rockies, is often hailed as one of the most beautiful areas in Canada. Banff might be a small town, but it is full of activities and sights galore. If you’d like to get in touch with Mother Nature, Banff National Park is a great place to be, as it’s home to Moraine Lake.
Ride the Banff Gondola, and if it’s winter, travel to nearby Lake Louise for some of the best skiing in Canada. Don’t forget Yoho National Park, the Columbia Icefield, and the Banff Upper Hot Springs.
Thanks to this area being such a tourist-heavy destination, you can also experience some of the finest dining and ritziest resorts in the country. Whether winter or summer, Banff always offers something to see and do.
Niagara Falls
Often considered one of the world’s natural wonders, Niagara Falls is a true sight to behold. With a 188-foot waterfall that travels over 100 kilometres per hour, it’s something that every visitor to Canada must experience.
Although it may now be illegal, at one time, people used to go over the falls riding in barrels! Take a ride on the Maid of the Mist, a boat that travels behind the waterfall, or just stand at the top and experience the mist as it hits your face.

Whitehorse

One of the surrounding area’s most beautiful sights is Miles Canyon, accessible from White Horse via a 16-kilometre loop trail that leads directly from the city.
If seeing wildlife is your thing, a variety of bison, elk, muskox, boxes, and other arctic creatures can be found on the Yukon Wildlife Preserve. Just remember that this is one of the coldest places on Earth, so dress accordingly.
Quebec City
Having celebrated its 400th birthday in 2008, Quebec City is officially one of the oldest cities in Canada. But you might just forget and think that you’re in France!
It has that old-timey feeling, complete with towering cathedrals, cobblestone streets, and plenty of bakeries baking up some of the freshest bread you’ll ever have.

Whistler
