Tasks
- You will lead the cabin crews assigned to you professionally and disciplinarily and promote the development of your employees according to our Leadership Principles
- You communicate Discover Airlines’ corporate interests and win your team over to common goals
- You promote collaboration and effective communication by planning and conducting meetings and events
- You keep an eye on on-board performance, plan and lead training to ensure high service standards
- You support the recruitment process for Cabin Managers, identify talents and make hiring decisions
- As part of the cabin crew, you accompany flights for quality assurance as part of your leadership role
- You will work on cabin-relevant and cross-departmental projects with

- You have a degree in economics or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of professional experience, ideally as a cabin crew member
- Ideally, you already have experience in personnel management and employee development
- You have strong analytical skills and can translate creative ideas into well-thought-out concepts
- You have a knack for service and attach great importance to continuously improving the quality standards of our cabin crews
- You speak fluent German and can also communicate confidently in English
- You are passionate about aviation and have a good sense of our customers’ needs
- You have a confident and experienced command of common office programs
